Shipping for Original Artwork.

Delivery of original artwork will  have a processing time of 1 - 4 days and may take up to 20 days depending on the delivery service. Art work will be safely packaged for safe shipping,

We do not accept returns of any hand painted  original art work.

Frames not included.

What should I do if it’s past the estimated delivery time and I still haven’t received my order?

If your order’s estimated delivery time has passed, here’s what you do:

  • Wait a bit more. Unfortunately, shipments can get delayed for reasons we can’t predict. We understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that our estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee.
  • Reach out to the carrier. You can contact the carrier service directly to get information about your shipment.
  • Get in touch with our customer support team. Let us know about your delayed shipment, and we’ll check the latest delivery updates. We may ask you to wait a few more days to receive the order. You can reach us via chat or send an email to info@artlikethat.com

If you still haven’t received any news about your shipment after completing all the steps mentioned above, please fill out a claim no later than 2 days after the estimated delivery date for packages lost in transit. Then, we’ll take a look, and if the fault is ours we will do our best to be of help.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address is correct. You should also double-check whether your customer contacted their local post office to locate the lost order.

Remember that we can’t reship an order if tracking information states it was delivered, 

 

FAQ’S

What might cause a delay on production?

Main reasons for a delay in production stem from high volume seasons around the holidays and large quantity orders which may require a longer production time. For orders around major holidays, we advise you to make your order in advance and leave ample time for production and shipping to complete your items. If you have any questions pertaining to your order or fail to receive an email confirmation email, you can send your enquiry along with your email and order number  to info@artlikethat.com

To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping materials and the damaged items. 


About shipping address and undelivered shipment

When completing an order, the customer must provide an accurate and secure address for delivery. The phone number is required for shipping purposes only. The information is used when the Postal service could not locate the destination and to reduce the chance of return.

We do concern about customer privacy but the proportion of delivery failure by the local post office is very high when the phone number is incorrect or not provided.

Art Like That is not responsible for replacement or refund upon wrong or incomplete address shipment.

Should the return be considered a defect, Art Like That reserves the right to investigate and conduct a thorough analysis of the defect, which may include sending the defective merchandise to Art Like that  before a decision can be made. 


Photo Requirements

  • You can upload a JPG, JPEG, PNG, or BMP image file. 
  • Images must be clear and have a minimum 1200 x 3000 pixels with 72DPI.
  • Please do not use filters or anything to distort the quality of the image or product.
  • Photos must be a clear image of the product against a plain background. Blurry, grainy, or unfocused images will not be accepted.
  • Images must be a full view of the product, with visible views of the attached tags.

 

What if my package is damaged in shipping?

If the package is damaged, please provide feedback within 5 days of confirmed delivery. To file a claim, please provide a video of unpacking the shipment and photos - including shipping label of package and clear images of all damaged products. These are all required in order to process claim. If not provided, a claim will not be processed

What is the delivery process?

We Use Canada Post.

Please note, shipping times are estimated and also are contingent upon destination. Once a shipment has left our manufacturing centres, our carriers assume responsibility of the shipment and therefore Art like That cannot guarantee delivery times, only estimate them. 


    Why can't I ship to a PO Box?

    We suggest using an alternative address such as your business address to ship to instead.

    Reason 

    PO boxes typically are not large enough for packages, therefore the package would be shipped back to us and the package would risk being disposed by the carrier if shipped back.
